Terms of Service

Bushra Fixit provides residential and commercial property maintenance services in selected areas of Dubai, UAE, including AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and gardening.

• Quotations: Estimates provided online or over the phone are based on preliminary information. Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site inspection prior to starting work.
• Customer Approval: No chargeable work begins without explicit verbal or written approval from the client.
• Cancellations: We request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed service unless prior written arrangements have been made.
• We accept payment via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or direct Bank Transfer.
• VAT and applicable taxes are billed in accordance with UAE tax laws.

• The customer must ensure safe and authorized access to the property at the scheduled time.
• The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary community access passes or landlord/building management approvals required for technicians to perform the work.

• Bushra Fixit acts with due skill, care, and professional standards. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, faulty materials provided by the customer, or issues arising from unapproved third-party modifications.
• Indirect or consequential losses are excluded to the fullest extent permitted under UAE law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
